FAQ

Answers before you ask

Will I have to replace my EHR?

No. Our certified billers sign in to the EHR or practice management system you have now, and nothing is migrated.

My system is not listed. Can you still help?

The list is a sample and not a limit. We work in all major EHR and PM systems, and a call to (541) 286-2725 will confirm yours.

Do you use my EHR's billing module?

We use whichever billing tools your system offers, so your staff keep the screens and reports they already have.

How is patient data protected when you sign in?

We sign a Business Associate Agreement, follow HIPAA by design and restrict access to what the work requires.
