Credentialing that gets providers approved and keeps them that way

Credentialing is the process payers use to confirm a provider is qualified before they pay claims. Bilscure manages payer applications, NPI, CAQH and PECOS registration, licensing records and hospital privileges, priced from $100 per payer plan.

How it works

How the work runs

  1. 01

    Gather documents once

We build a single checklist across payers and collect each item one time, not once per plan.

  2. 02

    File every application

Forms are completed and submitted, and the CAQH profile is attested.

  3. 03

    Follow up until a decision

We contact each payer on a schedule and send you a weekly status.

  4. 04

    Record and renew

Effective dates are confirmed, and renewal deadlines go on a shared calendar.

FAQ

Answers before you ask

What does credentialing cost?

From $100 per payer plan, which covers the application work and follow-up for that plan.

Is credentialing the same as contracting?

No. Credentialing confirms the provider's qualifications. Contracting sets what the payer will pay. Most providers need both before in-network claims are paid at the agreed rate.

How long does it take?

Payers set the timeline, and it varies by plan. We file early and keep chasing, so the application never sits unattended.

What is CAQH ProView?

It is an online profile that many commercial payers use to verify providers. It has to be re-attested on a regular cycle, and we keep it current.

Do you handle Medicare and Medicaid?

Yes. We manage government enrollment, including PECOS for Medicare, alongside commercial plans.
